Participation obligates neither party; access may be modified or discontinued at any time.

Demo Materials are confidential and proprietary; no recording, copying, or redistribution without written consent.

6Intellectual Property

The Compass and all related materials remain the exclusive property of UCompli LLC; feedback is licensed to HelpUCompli without restriction.
