With over two decades of experience across not-for-profit hospitals, major for-profit medical centers, medical academic institutions, and startups, Laura brings a 360-degree perspective on healthcare operations and risk management.
An accomplished compliance strategist, Laura specializes in developing scalable compliance programs, conducting enterprise-wide risk assessments, and integrating technology-driven education and monitoring systems. Her leadership has helped health systems and behavioral health organizations nationwide strengthen compliance effectiveness, enhance payer relationships, and improve business outcomes.
